Notification does not work, but sending test mail is working

Hi friends,

accidentally we did not receive any notification mails in Jira during the day. We did not change anything. In the "Ongoing Mail" Settings, if I press on "send test mail" it is working, but notification for issues it does not work (notification schemes are correct).

The funniest thing is we get notification mails from confluence (same mail server).

Nothing special in log.

What should I do?

Have you tried using the Notification Helper (Jira Settomgs-> System-> Notification Helper)?
