Notification template in Jira

Need Help !!

How to customize format for notification emails,

We'are getting plain text in the notification email however we need to update the look and feel to some user interactive format/template.

Please Suggest.

Hi

I suppose you have Jira Server edition, and not cloud. 

For Cloud I suppose it is not possible (however, I'm not sure about this as I don't use cloud).

For Server, you can find the necessary documentation on the knowledge base.
