Hi all,
Just wondering if there was a log or something to confirm whether or not 'issue update' notifications are being generated and/or sent to users?
I have a user that's not receiving notifications via email even though his personal settings have it enabled and Notification Helper has 'green checkmarks' next to "Current Assignee" and "Issue Watchers" (no failed checks).

The user's email may have been blacklisted on the Jira Cloud side. You would need to contact Atlassian Support to check if that is the case and have them un-blacklist it.

@JRodney Estrada It's worth checking if user has muted all or some of it's jira notifications in his user profile
