Notifications before deadline

Is it possible to make notifications in the Jira dashboard for tasks that have "n" (let's say 2 days) days left before the deadline? 

As far as I know, it is possible via Outlook. But our customer wants it in dashboard.

If you want to receive notifications when X days are left before the deadline, you can try the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on. You can set the deadline and notifications, which will be sent at the time you need.


You just need to add a new SLA configuration and choose the “Negotiated date” SLA type like it’s shown in the screenshot below:

And when you fill in the necessary information and set up Start and Stop conditions, you can set up the notifications here. In the screenshot below is shown how to do this:

Issues have the field called "Due date". 

You can find the issues with a due date coming in the next N days based on this idea.

If you have a saved filter, you can display its results in the dashboard using the Filter Results gadget. You can fed the issues to other gadgets, to render a 1D or 2D report out of those.
