I m looking for a option for a Project "ABC" whenever customer add a comment in jira ticket, i should get email notification in my mail.
Please help to provide the steps.

Is it a Software or Service Desk project?
By default; assignee, reporter and watchers get e-mail notifications for all issue events. Do you want to get notified for any issues that you are not one of them?
Can you please also go to project -> project settings -> notifications section and check the rules? If you want to get e-mail for all actions, define your users to all events.
