Notify about unlogged time?

When certain amount of time has passed and Time Estimate field is still empty, is it possible to send notifications about it to reporter or assignee?

Ideally, without use of plugins.

You can then use worklogDate to determine which issues have met you time amount and timeestimate is = 0.

Not without an addon. You could consider seeing if there was any updates to the issues over the last say three days. However, you can’t check if an individual field like Time logged has been updated. You could use and addon like automation for Jira and set up a scheduled event to check if the field is empty or has been updated.
