We recently upgraded to Jira Cloud Premium in order to get the Jira Work Management features. Jira Work Management had a summary view that we desperately want. I can't find it nor can I find any documentation where Jira Work Management is part of Jira Cloud. How do I find the summary view?
Hi Susie,
Right now it is only a part of Business projects.
That's really unfortunate. I managed to get permission to upgrade us to a trial of Premium so that our exec team can use this view. They're unlikely to pay for Premium if they don't get it. Thank you for the info.

Hello @Susie Barber
The Summary page has been added to the view options that are part of Plans. If you create a Plan for the project you will also get a Summary page associated with the Plan.

What I'm looking for is this:
I'm just not seeing it anywhere.

Is that your current view for a Business project?
Are you looking for that page for new Business projects or for Software projects or both?
As noted in the document I provided as reference:
With a Premium subscription you acquire the Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) feature. The Summary view is now accessed through a Plan, not directly from the projects. You have to create a Plan that encompasses your project, and the Summary option will show up where you view the Plan.
Users must be granted permission to Create Plans in order to create the Plan and see the Summary view. That is done from Plans > Settings.

"Summary page has been added to the view options* that are part of Plans"
* Clarification: Only in JIRA Cloud, not in self-hosted/data-center... x.x
Summary and Overview etc. don't exist in data-center but need to be!

Yes, these changes apply only to the Cloud products. That detail is included in all the referenced documentation and this post specifically calls out Cloud in its title.
