Number of license required for JIRA data centre (High availability)

Hi,

We have a 2000 user JIRA software instance and would like to make do high availability by using JIRA Data Centre. For this, do we require two JIRA licenses for 2000 users, or can we achieve this with a single license.

DC licences are totally different to Server licences.  It's not quite this simple, but in the context of your question, they're not by node, they are by cluster. 

So you get a DC licence for 2,000 users and install as many nodes as you need.
