OAuth 2.0 is not enabled for this method (Agile API)

Hi! I'm attempting to use the following endpoint: /rest/agile/1.0/epic/{epicIdOrKey}/issue and I'm receiving the following response: 

OAuth 2.0 is not enabled for method. However, the docs seem to say that OAuth 2.0 is enabled for that endpoint — is there something I'm missing?
