OData Request Failed: Power BI

In our organization there has been a migration for Jira in the recent past after which we are not able to pull data into power bi with the old connector.

Now we have created a new connector and used the new url (https://jira.ccta.dk/rest/aio-bi/1.0/powerbi/export/MGUzOGIyZDctNGU2MC00NTlkLTgxNzA...).

Now we get  the error "OData: Request failed: Unable to connect to the remote server"

Can  you please help me on this.
