I would like to see if there is someway we can help here. However I have to admit that I have no idea what OWF is, what legacy means in this context, or how we can help here. This particular section serves as a public place where Jira Core users can ask questions about our product or how it relates/integrates with other services.
Perhaps you are using Jira in relation to this question somehow, however that fact is not obvious to me here. Was this question intended to be for your internal support organization, or was this intended to be posted to our public Atlassian forum?
