Old issues showing in Kanban board

I have a Kanban board that shows issues from Jira Service Management. It has columns for To Do, In Progress, Pending and Done. The following statuses are mapped to the Done column: Canceled, Resolved, Completed and Closed.

The board is set to "Hide completed issues older than: 2 weeks".

However, there are may issues in the Done column that were closed more than 2 weeks ago. How can I hide these old issues?

Hi @Daniel Serodio  Kindly check Resolution is set for these issues.
Updated date should less than 2 weeks. No update on issues in last 2 weeks, then only they hide from Done column which is right most column on board.
