On Demand Instance is showing a mixture of languages

On several pages a mixture of german/english is shown in our On Demand Instance, especially on Confluence-Pages. Since we work with international teams, we'd rather have all pages showing everything in english... how do we do that? I think I ran into similar issues with a standalone install, where the locale of the JVM was used, but here it seems to be derived from browser setting oder geolocation?
