On Tickets view : table to show who it was assigned to and when

Yann Guéron October 10, 2018

In a ticket, I want to have a clear view that shows the history of who it was asigned to and when.

IE :

|      Date         |      status   | Assigned to  |
|-------------------|---------------|--------------|
|2018-10-06-14::00 | todo | dev1 |
|2018-10-06 -17::30 | testable | qa1 |
|2018-10-06-19::00 | todo | dev1 |

If anyone could help me doing that, I would really appreciate

Hi @Yann Guéron,

you  can see this in the History, Activity and Transitions - Tabs:

Thank you Thomas, I see this.
I added the comment in the wrong section...

The list of "assignees" that worked on the ticket would ba great help if it was in the tickets view list.

Going  in history on each every ticket does not answer my need.

Any further ideas ?

I think, this app could help you:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211499/issue-history-collector?hosting=server&tab=overview

For server instances, it is free. But I haven't tested it yet, so I can't say anything about it except what I read on marketplace. But it has a lot of good reviews, maybe it is worth a try.

Thank you thomas, I will give it a try.

Hi,

you can have a look at our Status History add-on where you can check all status and user changes - more details here.

If you need to analyze the data, Status History PRO and its viewer will be a great help.
