On creating new issues in one project, how the newly added issues gets added/displays in another project?

Hi , Please find the below scenario:

Scenario:

We have created two projects. On creating new issues in one project, newly added issues in one project should be displayed in another project.

Is it possible if user can add one issue in one project , same issue should be displayed/added in another project ? If yes, please provide us with the steps.

An issue belongs to a project.  It's nonsense to have an issue appear in another project when you've created it in a specific project (and possibly hard work because the projects could easily be configured differently). 

If you mean you want a copy of the issue, then Udo's answers are correct.
