On-hold stories pushed from one sprint to next sprint not reflected in the active sprint list

Malavika L P December 15, 2022

Some of the activities in a sprint have been moved to on-hold status due dependencies. However, when we closed the current sprint and moved the pending items (including the on-hold) activities to the backlog and considered the same for next sprint, the issues in on-hold status is not getting reflected in the active sprint board.

Hello @Malavika L P

You said you moved the issues to the backlog, and you said they are not getting reflected in the Active sprint board. Are the issues currently assigned to an Active sprint? After moving them to the Backlog, did you then add them to a sprint and then start the sprint?

Can you show us the Status/Column mapping for the board? Can you show us one of those "on-hold" issues so that we can see the Status and Sprint fields? Can you see that issue anywhere in the Backlog screen?
