OnDemand: Unable to find the 'active' checkbox in the users > operations > edit, dialog box.

I'm trying to disable some user accounts and the checkbox does not appear. I'm using JIRA and Confluence ondemand, so I should have the very latest version, right? Does anyone have any idea what i'm missing?

I presume you are talking about application access. If you need to perform this for multiple customers, then you probably might be best off at the following location:
[yourinstance].atlassian.net/secure/admin/user/ApplicationAccessConfig!default.jspa

Here you can see all your current users including all the products, and also includes a search function.

Thanks, this appears to do the trick. I also removed the 'users' role from those accounts.
