One of our user account has been disabled as a Site admin I am unable to enable his account. It Says"This user's Atlassian account has been disabled. Contact the user's organization administrators to enable the account".
I have gone through some posts they say to go Managed Accounts under Directory...but I don't see such type of features in my admin site.
Need Help on this.
Hi @bezawadas,
As a site administrator you do not have sufficient permissions to see that. As the error indicates you need an Organization Admin (which is one level higher than a site admin) to perform that action.
You will need to find out who the Organization Admin is at your company. If the disabled user was the Organization Admin, I think you will need to contact support in order to get an organization admin back.
I hope that helps!

It's Atlassian's support team, I'm sure they will help you to the best of their ability.

Sorry @bezawadas, I missed that. Yes if you have an organization admin that is an active account, they should be able to re-activate the user account in question. If for whatever reason they are unable to do so, something else is going on and you will need to get Atlassian Support involved.
I hope that helps!
