One of the administrators can't create project

Hi,

one user from the Administrators group can not create a project. After completing the form creating a project and clicking Submit process hangs indefinitely. As a result, the project is not created.

Other administrators have no such problems.

Maybe someone encountered something similar?

WHat browser is this person using? We have found some people having difficulty filling form with browser like IE8 with the latest Jira (5-6) versions
