Only specific issues under issue link drop down

Hi,

When I go to 'Link' under more on jira ticket, I get an 'issue' dropdown to choose an issue from. I want to restrict this drop down to show issues for one specific issue type only.

Any help would be appreciated.

Jira has no functionality that can do this.  I'm not aware of anything that can enable it either.
