Only specific roles for company managed projects

Hi!

Is there a way to attach only certain project roles to a company managed project? I configured multiple roles, however, in some projects I want only some of them to be used.

Not natively.

Project Roles are global - so they're available in all Projects, even when they're not relevant.

I'd look to limit/consolidate Roles where possible - and only create new ones when required for a Permission Scheme, etc.

A good way to look at this is Roles are for certain permission levels, not job titles - so you don't need Developer, Business Analyst, Tester, etc if they all have the same permissions - you can just have one role, like User.
