Oops... Something went wrong. Try importing again

I have added the Jira Add-in for Excel to my xlsx document in one drive, when i use the saved filter to pull in data from Jira to excel, i keep getting this error "Oops... Something went wrong. Try importing again", out of the 3000 rows only few 100 are imported.

I have 21 fields configured.

Same work on the excel on desktop, with Jira Addin.

Thanks for reaching out, and to look into this we will need some additional information to help narrow it down.

• Did this previously work and stop working, or is this the first attempt to import?
• Are 'you using the Desktop or Online version of Excel?
• What OS are you using?
• Doe the error reproduce for every data import or only specific filters?
• You noted One Drive is the save location of the file, does the error occur if you save the file to a local path on your machine?

I would also recomend trying to clear out the local excel cache as covered in:

Thanks it worked for me clearing the cache.
