Hi guys,
I wanted to create a HTML link to directly create a ticket on my JIRA (hosted at atlassian) with certain parameters. I saw the tutorials but they do not work in my Jira.
Did something change?
I used the link:
https://XXX.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=10010
Even when I add further details like:
https://XXX.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=10010&issuetype=4
the details are not added. I always receive the same window stating the same error messages. I tried to add labels, components. None does work. I always see this screen (see down below).
I tried to change the issuetype from 1- 10. nothing happens. Even a summary is not integrated. It only takes the PID number correctly.
Do I miss something here? What did I wrong?
Like Danyal asks, is 4 a valid issue type? All of ours are >= 10000; try visiting https://BASEURL/secure/admin/ViewIssueTypes.jspa and hover over the Edit links to see the issue type IDs.

Which version of jira is this?
May I see the query string?
Is the user allowed to create issues for the BSC tech project?
Is issue type 4 available in this project?
As jira already said- Please contact your jira administrators.
