We have created incident in our jira service management project .
For every new incident created in our JSM we have the integration with Opsgenie to get the notifications.
Every incident that are assigned in Opsgenie is sending the notification however for the unassigned incidents Opsgenie is not sending the notifications .
Could any one please suggest what should we check whats wrong with the integration.
