To Atlassian Team members:
With Oracle now charging for Java upgrades, do we as consumers need to worry about this or does our Confluence/JIRA license cover the installed Java?
I assume since this is bundled into the installer and we pay for a Confluence/JIRA license, we should be covered.

Both Jira & Confluence will support OpenJDK or compatible releases with the upcoming versions.

Thanks for the info about the upcoming OpenJDK.
From the consumer side, I still want to know if I need to worry about these Oracle costs or if my Confluence/JIRA license includes the bundled Oracle versions.
