Ordering Comments New to Old

I have seen older posts on this, but in every thread It looked like the solution did not work.

Is there any way to sort comments from most RECENT to oldest, so the current comments are on top?

Hi @joel.murav 

This is only possible if you're using the 'old' view and not the 'new' view.

Any insight into WHY and when it will be fixed? the new view is so much better then the old, so I don't want to go backwards
