Organizations field set to required on move

Hi,

I have some users when they move a Service Desk ticket from 'Customer Inquiry' to an 'Incident', they would like the field Organizations to be mandatory. Is it possible on a move to set that field as Mandatory? 

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
