Original Estimated Hours

Is the "Original Estimated Hours" relate to any issue type?

If I sum all the "Original Estimated Hours" of all issues from current sprint do I get all issue types estimations (bug, sub task, task..) or only tasks estimation?

No.

The original estimate belongs to any issue type you choose it to belong to. By default, it's the issue types at the "issue" level (because Jira Software is built for Scrum, which means estimates on sub-tasks are mostly useless). So when you look at the issues in a sprint, you'll get all the estimates for the story-level issue types.
