Other Project members cannot see Backlog, Board or Roadmap (Team-Managed)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I've added a few folks to my team-managed project but they cannot see Backlog, Board or Roadmap.  I originally added them with the role "Member" but I changed them to "Administrator" and they still cannot see them.

I do not see any way to establish permissions specifically on these areas...what am I missing?

Hi @Jeff Wayne

Those members needs to have access to jira-software. Make sure if you have added them to the jira-software group (which allows them to access product [in this case it'll be jira-software])

Can you go to project settings and look at Access. Check if these users are listed as Members.

It doesn’t make since that they cannot see this as members. Can you check another project?
