Our account is blocked even though we have 10 users or less. How can we reactivate our account?

HI,

We kept our users under 10 users . Just for one day we had 11 users and from that day our account got suspended therefore we deleted one account and came back to 10 users but our account is still suspended. Do you know how to reactivate our account please?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

It appears that a support case was created over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/74/GROWTH-117220 and the site was reactivated.  I would recommend following up in that support ticket for more information.

Hi Ben - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you go above the Free limit, Atlassian automatically moves you to a paid Standard plan. If you move the number of users back down to the limit, Atlassian will NOT auto move you back to the Free plan. You have to manually do that. And when you don't pay for the Standard plan after a period of time, they will suspend your site. That sounds like what has happened here. Someone from Atlassian should be able to help you out here.
