Our admin left our company and we have no admin users.
We have already checked the following answer
Solved: Recover Jira admin account (atlassian.com)
But it says
"Only Jira Software admins, billing contacts, and technical contacts can create support requests for Jira Software."
and we can't ask the Atlassian staff.
How can we proceed?
