I've sent a a support ticket, but i get no answer

out site is down \ suspended

Hi @Omri Peretz  - There isn't anyone who can help you with that in the Community pages. You need to create a support ticket with Atlassian here:

This is extremely urgent! yet no one replies to any support \ billing ticket that we open!
