When I tried to complete the Sprint for across projects, Jira shows this error and I can not complete the sprint.
Does anyone know what error this is and how can I resolve this?

A project administrator on my team is also getting this on one of their Boards when trying to complete and start a sprint. I am an Organization Admin and am not seeing this error.
This is not a cross-project board (no issues from other projects), and I cannot seem to find anything else that should be preventing the Project Admin from starting or completing a sprint.
Sorry to hear that, @Michael G_ ! I can't reproduce the issue... but here is the form to contact Atlassian Support (as suggested by the error message): https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Tram Mai ,
Welcome to the Community! Does this problem happen consistently with all the sprints? Have you been able to close other sprints in the same board before? Can you please show a screenshot? Thanks!

Hello @Tram Mai Are every tickets included in the sprint in its final status like 'Done','Closed', 'Resolved'?
The issue should've been solved if all tickets or sub-tasks under a ticket in a current sprint are closed.
