Good Morning, as of yesterday morning our Company cannot export any custom filters to CSV.
we are all receiving the same fields from any filter, I have looked through the Audit history to see if there were any obvious changes however nothing obvious is returning.
We are using Jira Cloud.
If someone has experienced this issue or knows a solution your feedback is welcomed.

I guess the limit to export issues is 1000 (unless and until you made any changes in backend config file). So if you are trying to export more than 1000, then you will get timeout error.
If that's not the case, check if you are clicking 'export to csv (with all fields). This puts a HUGE load on jira and may result in time out. Try to use 'export to csv (with current fields).

Hi @simarpreet singh Simar, Thanks for the info on this.
The actual issue is no filter is pulling an export of the filter views.
it is only pulling users "My Defaults" regardless to which filter they are looking at.
the relevant information like "summary" "date created" is being pulled but no other fields from the selected Filters.
we are having to Advance export everything which seems to be working at the moment.. but we are having to recreate all filters within the exporter.
