Is there a way to denote that i am out of the office in Jira and who would be covering for that ticket beside going into each individual ticket? thanks! -
Hi @MARY USEN
There is not a way to do this with Jira out of the box unfortunately. We are currently trialling the Out of Office Assistant app which seems to handle this quite well. Users can set their holiday date, several Coverers and have the option to add a comment when they are assigned a task
Hello @MARY USEN ,
Our team at OBSS recently released "Keychain - Delegation for Jira" app that provides the most comprehensive solution for delegating permissions. The app can delegate both Jira workflow permissions and JSM customer portal approvals.
I suggest you have look.

Edit: Sorry, I just realized that you are using Jira Cloud. Keychain is not available for the cloud yet.
