Hello,

That is because on Jira Cloud, outgoing mail is automatically set. You don't make any configurations.

If you don't get any mail notifications, that must be because of a configuration of your project's notification scheme. You should check your notification schemes.

Hello,

Did you check out this document? By default Jira doesn't send notifications for your own changes. That's why you don't probably getting any mails. You can also check if you would receive notification on the notification helper

Even when I created a new issue and assign to other assignees, they did not receive email notification as well. See the below screenshot from the notification helper.

Even when I created a new issue and assign to other assignees

In this case you need to check for "issue assigned" notification on the notification helper, because you first create the issue then assign it. You need to choose that issue and that user, see what it says. Also click on Show failed conditions. Other than that, I couldn't think of anything else.

I checked the 'Issue Assigned', and nothing showed in the failed condition.screenshot.JPG

But, in my personal profile page, i changed the [Notification of Your Changes] from 'Do not notify me' to 'Notify me'

Then i start getting notification.
