Outlook Client cropping inline images

Hello, how do you resolve the issue of Outlook Client only showing the bottom part of images in the emails generated by JIra tickets?  Researching the issue, shows that the Outlook client uses percentage on line height while Outlook.com via browser uses px and displays fine.

We would like to alter the CSS if that is a solution, but all the changes I have tried does not affect the message body.  Are there more lines of code needed in the CSS file to trigger the change that are not there by default?

We are currently using an older version of Jira in production (v7.4.0) while we work on setting up the new servers for the eventual migration to current version.  But this seems like an easy fix if one knows where to make the needed changes.
