Outlook - JIra connector issue

I am having issues with the outlook- jira connector. It is authenticating my ID but after clicking the create issue it gives the below error. Can someone help with this  

Current issue is  “Could not access license Please make sure the related Jira app has been installed”

Hello, Good day. Could you please share a screenshot of the error as well?. Also whether all users face this same issue or only you are facing this issue?
