Hello

I create Run Main Task in JIRA from Oulook notifications.

But since 3 weeks, I have no acces on bottom from Outlook to create or modify JIRA tasks.

Can you help me to restore this possibility, because I nedd to much time to create a new task without this link .

Thank you for your attention,

Magali Dumas

Hi @magali_dumas ,

Are you referring to Jira Cloud for Outlook app in Outlook? Or have you been maybe using some different application for integration?

I'd suggest maybe trying to reach out to your IT admin (Microsoft) to check if there have been any changes to internal policies and such that would result in this app being unavailable to you.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hi @magali_dumas and Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I'm not sure this issue is related to Jira's functionality. It's more likely that you're using the Jira Cloud for Outlook (Official) plugin in Outlook.

  1. This plugin requires Outlook to be connected to an Exchange, Office 365, or Outlook.com account.

  2. Your organization’s admins should also add these IP ranges to the allowlist.

First, try reconfiguring the plugin using this app: Microsoft AppSource – Jira Cloud for Outlook.

If you encounter any errors, please send them to me.

If others in your organization are also experiencing this issue, please check with your org admins about any recent infrastructure changes.
