My outlook conversations are not being grouped effectively when it comes to JIRA notification updates via a comment. When I come in every morning there has been a lot of activity on quite a few tickets, but I can't just easily see the last email containing the entire comment thread. Is there a better way to do this?
I'm afraid not. Outlook had the "group by subject" function removed a couple of versions ago, in favour of grouping by non-standard fields that most applications simply don't use.
