POC of email handler

We want to test some functionality with the Jira product we already have.  We currently use it for our software team.  We'd like to test how we could use it to create tickets by having select users sending emails to a specific email account.  

We want to test this by setting up a test project so we can kick the tires.  how much set up is there to do this POC?

Hi Michele,

creating tickets by mail is possible through mail handlers. Have you already had the time to look into the documentation?

It should not take you long to get started with basics. A bit of fine-tuning the settings can be helpful later on, though.

In case of specific questions you could ask the Community - plenty of people are here, ready for help.
