Panels too narrow with custom workflow

I created a custom workflow for our recruitment process. Our process has a lot of phases, and as a result, the panels on the board are so small it's hard to see the candidates. 

Here's what the workflow looks like:

welcome to this community.

You can not change the width of the columns, so your only chance is to reduce the number of columns.

Maybe you can either put some status in the same column or you can try to uses more than one board to show only a part of the workflow on each board , for example:

• Board Interviews with the interviews detailed and the other issues in one column,
• Board Debrief with all debrief status detailed and the other status either in a interview or in a follow-up column
• Board follow-up with all status after debrief detailed and the other status either in a interview or debrief column

Or you can select that panel line and drag to the rif=ght side as well..
