Parent field/link missing in CSV upload

Hello,

We've been using the CSV spreadsheet upload functionality to link subtasks to their parent issues in Jira. Both, the parent and child are in our case custom issue types on the Story and sub-task level, respectively.

When we performed the upload in the past, it worked seamlessly. We could map the Jira key ID of the parent to the Parent field. Now, the Parent field no longer appears as a selection option under the Map step of the upload process.

Please advise. We need to be able to make use of the bulk upload functionality.

Hi EKP,

You have to now go through the route of Settings > System > External System Import and you will need to be a Jira Admin to access that and do the import.
