Parsing email body and field mapping

Dear all,

We have a need in Jira Data Center to create issue in a  project from an incoming email.

The incoming email body will be formatting so that each fields need to be mapped to Jira existing custom fields.

What I mean by this is the following :

Incoming email body could be as follow :

User name : myname  
Priority : High
Delivery Date : xx.yy.zzzz  (Date field)
Action Taken : Informing  ( List box )

Each of the bold label in the body sample above need to be parse and extract its value to be mapped with existing custom field

Does Jira Data Center allows such body parsing natively ?
