I have following problem:
I am trying to recover my password and no mail is coming to my e-mail. I asked my provider to check their logs of incoming mails and there is no information of mail from atlassian. I tried several times to do this and no success. From another hand I know that no mail is coming to my co-workers since 20th of March. How I can check where the problem is?

550 Your host is not allowed to connect to this server.
This type of error is not something we can fix on our side. The emails are being sent, but the server is blocking them.
In this case, it will be necessary to work with your IT team to verify why the notifications are being rejected.
Also, please, ask them to whitelist our domains and IPs:
