We have the following issue:
When our customers attempt to reset their passwords the link they are sent is permanently giving a 'timed out' error. This makes it impossible to reset a password from the user side.
The email contains the following two link options:
the following as raw text in the email
http://OUR.DOMAIN.com/wiki/forgotuserpassword.action
and the following URL behind the 'reset password' button (is the Sendgrid set up causing this issue?) :
which redirect too:
Nothing has changed from an administration perspective on the desk, it seems the emails just started timing out around 6 months after launching.
I am struggling to work the issue out and any assistance would be helpful.

Please, check that the time on your server is correct and if it's not it can be a great idea to install and configure ntp client.
