Path : JIRA>>Issues and filters >>OTHERS >>"All Issues".Gets Error

Thomas Kurian August 15, 2018

Everything under the patch "JIRA>>Issues and filters >>OTHERS >>" returns error.

I am have admin rights using JIRA 1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT (cloud)

Under the path  the filter names are likes of "My open issues",Reported by me,"All Issues"etc...

If I go inside a specific project >>Issues and filters >> and click on My open issues",Reported by me,"All Issues"etc...it all works....

Is it not supposed to work from patch "JIRA>>Issues and filters >>OTHERS >>.They used to work until recently.

Hi Thomas,

I wasn't able to replicate the issue on our end and I'm able to see the filters under

the Other section.

Thus, I've raised a support ticket on your behalf using your current email address and we'll continue to investigate from there.

Cheers,

Syauqi

Just an update, from the support ticket raised, this is actually a bug which you can track here Activating the workflow "Builds Workflow" will break the instance search.

The workaround for this issue is to unassigned the workflow (Builds Workflow) from that workflow scheme. Please edit the workflow scheme and replace Builds Workflow with a different workflow. Kindly refer to the following KB for further instructions on editing workflow scheme:

Cheers,

Syauqi
