Hello, we are a company that wants to cancel the subscription (payment) for this user and pay instead for another user that we have. We do not have admin access to this user. How do we do it? Thanks.

Hi @Koral Hamra ,

Welcome to the community !!

Users will be counted toward billing once product access is granted. A user must be explicitly deactivated, deleted, or removed from a synced user directory (if you have Google sync) to not count towards billing.

So Org admins needs to remove the user from product so that user is not counted towards license.

To remove user, follow steps mentioned in https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/remove-or-suspend-a-user/
