Pega Agile Workbench - Getting "Field cannot be set....." error for multiple fields wile integrating

The reporter user used in the REST API  for connection have all the permissions mentioned in other threads like "Create Issue, Edit issue, Modify Reporter etc but still these errors are coming 

Can you please guide ? it is really urgent

Can that user create issues in the UI ? (including all the fields mentioned in the error as not being available)

If they can create the issues via the UI, then the problem is in the connection from agileworks - it is mis-reporting the actual error which is that the connection is not working (the user is failing validation)
