Pega Agile Workbench - Work items from JIRA not synced back

Hi,

I have integrated Pega 7.4 with JIRA cloud version. The user stories created in Pega gets synced back to JIRA but if I create it in JIRA under the same project, it does not reflect in Pega.

Can someone help me with this ?

Your "integration" is not working correctly, it's not picking up new issues in Jira.

You'll need to look at the "integration" to see what it is doing and configure it to look for the changes.
